When sending a pump to NPI for repair, please be sure to flush the liquid end of all chemicals. NPI does not have the ability to dispose of chemicals. Any pump received for repair which contains chemical will be returned at your expense.

Avoid time delays and unnecessary expenses by adhering to this policy.
