Spare Parts Kits Reminder - Do you have an LMI pump? NPI highly recommends annual preventative maintenance on the liquid ends of all LMI electronic and motor-driven pumps.

Spare Parts Kits will extend the life of your pump. The kits are inexpensive and easy to install.

Spare parts kits are available for Liquid Ends and Four Function Valves (4FVs) that include all items that should be replaced during a preventative maintenance session or pump rebuild. These are available as "SP-   " for the older LMI pumps and as "RPM-Kits" for the newer liqui-Pro liquid ends. In all cases NPI recommends replacing the Liquidframe check valve balls & seats (cartridges, seals & washers for Liqui-Pro!) that are included in the spare parts kits (SP-version and RPM kits).

For highest reliability, you should also replace the wear items in your 4 function Valve (4FV) when you have your pump off-line for service. NPI now offers 4FV rebuild kits which include diaphragm cap assemblies, screw, nuts and instructions to upgrade these often overlooked but important parts of your pump's liquid end!
