After many requests for customization of Liqui-Pro Liquid End from customers, NPI now offers a new liquid end for LMI pumps to facilitate upgrading older installations originally equipped with 71S Liquid Ends to LMI's new Liqui-Pro cartridge valve system.

   The LE-470SI complements the existing line of Liqui-Pro pumps by making ½" tubing connections available along with Polyprel check valve seats, high clarity acrylic pump heads and PVC connections for pumps equipped with the 1.8SI size Liquifram. Until now, the Liqui-Pro line in this diaphragm size range was only available with 3/8" OD tubing. This sometimes forced the user to convert existing installations from the ½" OD used with older LE-71S, etc. to the 3/8" OD. The new LE-470SI facilitates upgrading installations since it is already equipped to match up with existing ½" OD tubing runs and makes a pump or liquid end upgrade a simple "plug-and-play" experience.

   As with all acrylic-head-equipped Liquid Ends, the LE-470SI is intended for use with chemicals compatible with acrylic and other materials of construction. Please consult NPI with any questions regarding chemical compatibility.
