To better accommodate our customers, in March, 2000, we more than doubled our office space and expanded our customer service staff. We have continued to make improvements to our web site. We have made it easier for you to find any product you need, either by product or brand. We continue to ship most orders on the same day and have shortened the delivery time for some of our products.
