I need a custom built system, can NPI help?
Our expert technical team can specify and build a system suited to your unique requirements.
Which LMI pumps will accept a 4-20 mA DC signal?
The LMI A9, B9, C9, M(with motor controller), & G-Series(with DC drive & motor controller) will accept a direct 4-20mA signal or can be controlled manually. Output from these pumps range from 10 GPD to 300 GPH.
How can I automatically turn on a backup pump if my pump fails?
Our ALM family of pump monitors allow you to automatically switch on a backup pump in the event of a pump failure. Our ALM-9 provides a signal to TWO different electrical loads.
My metering pump gives a "pulsating" type flow. How can I achieve a steady even flow of chemical?
Installing a BLACOH Sentry Pulsation Dampener in the discharge line will eliminate the "pulsating" flow from a metering pump. In addition, the BLACOH Sentry Pulsation Dampener will protect valves and fittings from pulsation and vibration.
